You are now watching: Episode 01: Pokémon I Choose You!

I will admit right now I’m not a big Pokemon fan. I used to love it in the late 90’s and early 2000’s, but now when look back at it I realise it wasn’t as good like as I first thought. The first couple seasons were alright, but as the show progressed the quality went severly down. But this first episode is just, remarquably.

But why is it so good. Well it has a great deep plot for one. Watching Ash and Pikachu’s realation was quite interesting. Also the episode has some funny moments. Nothing truely LOL, but enough for a brief chuckle.

But I think the part everyone remembers is the ending, which was incredible. It showed friendship, triumpth, drama, action all into one little thunderbolt from a little electric mouse.
